The pgjl Platform is exclusively intended for individuals who are at least 21 years of age. pgjl does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 21. The age verification measures applied during registration and KYC are designed to prevent access by minors.
If pgjl becomes aware that personal information has been collected from an individual who is under 21 years of age, the associated account will be closed immediately, the data will be deleted except to the extent required to document the closure and prevent future re-registration, and any deposited funds will be returned to the funding source where technically feasible.
