pgjl Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "pgjl," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the pgjl platform accessible at pgjl.asia and its authorized licensees and affiliates.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who registers an account with pgjl, accesses the platform, or uses any service provided thereon.
• "Platform" means the pgjl website (pgjl.asia), mobile-optimized interface, all associated game content, betting services, promotional systems, and account management tools.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Funds" or "Balance" means the Philippine Peso (PHP) monetary balance held in a Player's Account, comprising deposited real money and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentive amounts credited to an Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity verification process required by pgjl and PAGCOR regulations before a Player may withdraw funds or access certain platform features.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government body responsible for licensing and regulating gaming activities in the Republic of the Philippines.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before Bonus Funds are converted to withdrawable real money, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount or deposit-plus-bonus amount as specified per offer.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full and that you agree to be legally bound by all its provisions, including any documents incorporated by reference such as the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

3. Eligibility

Use of the pgjl Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria simultaneously:

• Are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with PAGCOR's minimum age requirement for casino-style online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines;
• Are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is lawful and not prohibited by applicable local, national, or international law;
• Are acting on their own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent, nominee, or trustee for any third party;
• Are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of pgjl or any affiliated company, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless prior written authorization has been obtained;
• Are not a person who has registered for or is subject to a self-exclusion order through pgjl, any associated platform, or any national gambling self-exclusion registry to which pgjl is a signatory;
• Have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed by pgjl for violations of this Agreement.

pgjl reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

4. Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

Each Player may hold only one registered Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — regardless of the name, email address, mobile number, or payment method used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Philippine mobile number. You represent and warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you will promptly update your Account information to maintain its accuracy at all times.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

pgjl is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals. You will be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (Passport, Driver's License, Philsys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, Voter's ID, or PRC License);
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last 90 days) where required;
• Source of funds documentation for high-value transactions as determined by pgjl's AML compliance procedures.

pgjl reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges and, after reasonable notice, close an Account where a Player fails to complete KYC verification within the time period specified in the verification request.

4.3 Data Accuracy

Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC is a serious violation of this Agreement and may constitute a criminal offence under applicable Philippine law. In such cases, pgjl reserves the right to void all wagers, forfeit all associated winnings, and report the matter to relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) used for two-factor authentication. You agree to:

• Use a unique, strong password for your pgjl Account that is not shared with any other service;
• Enable two-factor authentication (OTP via Philippine mobile number) as an additional security measure;
• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances;
• Log out of your Account on shared or public devices after each session;
• Notify pgjl immediately via live chat or email upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

pgjl will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access was made possible by your failure to comply with the security obligations set out in this Section. Any activity conducted through your Account credentials is presumed to have been authorized by you unless you have notified pgjl to the contrary in accordance with this clause.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits to your pgjl Account may be made using the payment methods currently listed on the Platform, which include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to availability. All deposits are denominated and processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit and may vary by payment method.

pgjl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits identified as originating from a third party may be returned and the associated Account may be suspended pending investigation.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• Only real money Balance is withdrawable; Bonus Funds not yet converted through completion of wagering requirements may not be withdrawn;
• pgjl reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing for up to five (5) business days for enhanced due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests;
• Withdrawal requests submitted before the daily processing cutoff are typically processed within the same day for GCash and PayMaya transactions.

6.3 Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal against pgjl through your bank or payment provider, in respect of funds that have been deposited and wagered, constitutes a breach of this Agreement. pgjl reserves the right to pursue recovery of such amounts through all available legal channels and to report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant financial regulators.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

pgjl may offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless specific offer terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available only to Players who have a verified Account in good standing;
• Each Player is entitled to claim each specific promotion only once unless explicitly stated otherwise;
• Bonus Funds are credited to the Account separately from real money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds;
• pgjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that existing qualifying activity by Players will be honored;
• Any indication of bonus abuse — including but not limited to wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, use of low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordination between multiple Accounts — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account closure.

Specific wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts applicable to individual promotions are published on the promotion detail page at the time of the offer and form part of this Agreement by reference.

8. Rules of Play

All games available on the pgjl Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game.

All live dealer games operate under the rules implemented by the licensed game studio providing the live feed, as supplemented by any pgjl-specific table rules displayed at the point of play. In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or interruption during a game round, pgjl's resolution procedure is as follows:

• Where the outcome of the round has been determined and recorded by the system prior to the disconnection, the result will stand and your Account will be settled accordingly;
• Where the outcome cannot be determined, the wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to your Account Balance;
• pgjl is not liable for losses caused by technical failures on the part of your device, browser, or internet service provider.

pgjl reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a system malfunction — including bets placed after an event's official start time where pgjl's system failed to close the market as intended.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pgjl Platform. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to the relevant Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players in any game to achieve an unfair outcome, including in live dealer, poker, or multiplayer formats;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, macros, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated software to place bets or make decisions on your behalf;
• Arbitrage Exploitation: Systematically exploiting discrepancies in odds or bonuses across platforms or within the Platform in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play;
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment credentials to fund your Account;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform for any purpose connected with money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or circumvention of anti-money-laundering regulations;
• Multiple Accounts: Registering more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party;
• Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any communication with pgjl;
• Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of any technical errors, software defects, or miscalculated odds where you are aware or should reasonably be aware that the outcome does not reflect pgjl's intended offering.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the pgjl Platform — including but not limited to the pgjl brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the property of pgjl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of pgjl.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pgjl's aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pgjl expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, business, revenue, data, goodwill, or reputation, whether direct or indirect;
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including game statistics, odds, or promotional terms;
• Service interruptions, downtime, data loss, or technical failures attributable to third-party service providers, internet infrastructure, or your own device and connectivity;
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

Nothing in this clause shall limit pgjl's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Responsible Gaming

pgjl is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and sustainable gambling. We recognize that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we maintain a suite of player protection tools designed to help players maintain control.

12.1 Player Protection Tools

The following tools are available to all Players free of charge, accessible directly from the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when a play session has reached a specified duration;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months, up to lifetime exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration selected.

12.2 Age Restriction

pgjl strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 21. If you are aware of a minor accessing the Platform using your Account or device, you must notify pgjl immediately and take steps to secure your login credentials.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by pgjl

pgjl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time without prior notice where pgjl has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player is in breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• The Player is engaged in or facilitating fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity;
• The Account has been accessed by an unauthorized third party;
• The Player has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to pgjl's regulatory compliance obligations.

Where pgjl suspends an Account pending investigation, any real money Balance will be held in escrow and returned to the Player if the investigation concludes no breach has occurred.

13.2 Closure by the Player

Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting pgjl support. Any real money Balance remaining at the time of closure, net of any outstanding Bonus Fund obligations, will be returned to the Player via their last-used withdrawal method following completion of any pending KYC review.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement or your use of the pgjl Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14.1 Dispute Resolution Process

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are required to follow pgjl's internal dispute resolution process:

1. Submit a written complaint to pgjl customer support, clearly describing the nature of the dispute and the remedy sought;
2. pgjl will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days;
3. If the dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Dispute Resolution mechanism.

pgjl's decision on all matters relating to game outcomes, technical errors, and bonus determinations shall be final and binding, subject to any regulatory review available under applicable PAGCOR rules.

15. Amendments to This Agreement

pgjl reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, pgjl will provide notice to registered Players via email or prominent on-site notification at least seven (7) calendar days before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact pgjl to close your Account prior to the effective date.
